Short links on your own domain.
Instead of a shared domain, your links read go.yourbrand.com/summer. Same tracking, same dashboard, with your name on every link.
Available on request.
Custom domains are part of the Growing plan. It is not self-serve yet: we set a domain up with you directly. Tell us the domain you'd like to use and roughly how many links you create, and we'll take it from there.
The same product, with your domain.
Your name in the link
go.yourbrand.com/summer instead of a shared domain with a random code.
Recognised at a glance
People see a domain they know, which matters in emails and messages where trust is thin.
Same analytics
Clicks, countries, referrers and devices work exactly as they do on any other link.
One dashboard
Links on your domain are managed next to every other link you've created.
What setting up a custom domain involves.
Choose a subdomain
Pick a short, memorable name on a domain you own, such as go. or l. in front of your domain.
Point it at us
You add a DNS record at your domain provider. We tell you exactly which one.
We verify and secure it
Once the record is live, the domain is connected and served over HTTPS.
A few things worth deciding first.
Use a subdomain of a domain you already own rather than a brand-new domain. Established domains carry trust, and a new one has none. Keep the name short, because it is part of every link.
Choose it once. Links in circulation point at the domain, so changing it later means old links stop working unless the old domain keeps redirecting.
Put your own name on your links.
Tell us which domain you'd like to use and we'll get you set up.
Common questions
Is a custom domain included in the free plan? +
No. Free links use the shorturl.la domains. Custom domains belong to the Growing plan.
Can I set it up myself? +
Not yet. We'll set it up with you. Get in touch and describe what you need.
Do I need to own a separate domain just for links? +
No. A subdomain of your main domain, for example go.yourbrand.com, works well and keeps the trust your main domain already has.
What happens to links if I stop using the domain? +
Links on a domain only work while that domain points at the service. Keep it for as long as the links are in use.
Will existing links move to my domain? +
Links keep the domain they were created on. New links can use the custom domain.
